Payroll Specialist

Role Overview

We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our growing base of domestic and international clients. You will be part of a process-driven team that prides itself on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for multiple client entities ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS on salary
• Prepare and file payroll-related returns and challans within statutory deadlines
• Handle full & final settlement calculations, gratuity, and leave encashment
• Liaise with HR teams of client companies for inputs and approvals
• Generate payslips, salary registers, and MIS reports as required

What We're Looking For

  B.Com / M.Com / MBA-HR or equivalent qualification
• 2
  2–4 years of payroll processing experience
• 3
  Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws: PF Act, ESIC Act, Payment of Gratuity Act
• 4
  Proficiency in payroll software (Greytip, Keka, ADP, or similar)
• 5
  High level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
• 6
  Good MS Excel skills for payroll reconciliation and reporting
