Finance Associate

Role Overview

This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for CA freshers or B.Com / M.Com graduates who want to build a strong foundation in finance operations. You will receive structured mentorship from our senior team and get direct exposure to international clients from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Support month-end closing activities under the guidance of senior accountants
• Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payment runs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP systems
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries for clients
• Participate in internal training sessions and certification programs

What We're Looking For

  CA Fresher / B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
• 2
  0–2 years of experience (internship experience will be considered)

  Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping

  Willingness to learn ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Zoho Books

  Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• 6
  Good communication skills in English
