Accounts Manager — IFRS

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager with deep expertise in IFRS to lead a team of accountants and manage high-value international client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients and will drive quality, accuracy, and compliance across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–8 accountants and ensure delivery of high-quality financial reports
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under IFRS for multinational clients
• Manage complex accounting issues: revenue recognition (IFRS 15), lease accounting (IFRS 16), financial instruments (IFRS 9)
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client engagements
• Be the primary client contact — conduct monthly review calls and present financial results
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and mentor the team on best practices

What We're Looking For

• 1
  CA (ICAI) with 7–12 years of post-qualification experience
• 2
  Deep knowledge of IFRS standards with hands-on implementation experience
• 3
  Prior experience managing a team in an outsourcing or CA firm environment
• 4
  Strong ERP skills: NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle Financials
• 5
  Excellent client management and communication skills
• 6
  Ability to work across multiple client time zones when required
